External deworming of cats
In order to protect your kitty, you and your family, deworming is a highly recommended procedure. For external deworming in cats, spot-on forms intended for kittens over 8 weeks of age and spray form for kittens from day 2 after birth to 8 weeks of age are used. These preparations are effective for about a month, depending on the type of ectoparasites. Another option for deworming is an antiparasitic powder, but the treatment is repeated every 2-3 weeks, or an antiparasitic strap, which has a longer duration of action.
By deworming, you can rest assured that your pet will not be bothered by ectoparasites.
